| 1. |
Reason for business transfer
I-Net has accepted the following software packages and their contingent business from Gadget-Plus Inc. These software packages can be widely applied to our customers’ system development across a variety of industries, and afford the flexibility to cope with additional requests and amendments from customers during development, enabling a significant reduction in the duration of conventional system development. Furthermore, these packages can be used in combination with software already retained by customers and uniquely constructed systems, allowing a significant improvement in the functionality of existing systems.
I-Net intends to actively use these packages for internal mission-critical operations systems and control systems in order to build up a knowledge database for external sales.I-Net has also newly established a “Middleware Division” for full-fledged sales, and will promote further business development. |
