  I-Net Data Service Corp., established by I-Net Corp. in April 1, 2009 as a company to promote employment for people with disabilities, was certified as a special subsidiary * in August 3, 2009 by the Japan Minister of Health, Labour, and Welfare.
As a certified company, we shall continue to provide employment opportunities for even more people with disabilities, so they can become better integrated members of society and gain greater independence.

  *Special subsidiary are companies that implement special considerations in the employment environment for people with disabilities, that are certified by the Japan Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare in accordance with the "Law for Employment Promotion, etc. of the Disabled" when specific preconditions have been satisfied.
In the case of special subsidiary companies with a parent company, it is possiblefor the actual rate of employment of people with disabilities of the company as awhole, including all the related subsidiary companies, to be calculated.
When calculating the rate of employment of people with disabilities, a system that allows the rate of employment of a special subsidiary company to be included in the calculations for the rate of employment of people with disabilities in the parent company can be applied.
