Structural Reorganization and Personnel Transfer

I-NET CORP. hereby announces structural reorganization and personnel transfer effective as of April 1, 2010, as indicated below. |
|

1. Structural reorganization (as of April 1, 2010)
In order to unerringly respond to the structural changes surrounding the IT industry and the diversifying needs of our customers, the following organizational reforms will be implemented to strengthen our IT services and system development capabilities. |
|

|
|
| |
| (1) |
The affiliation of the Secretarial Office will be changed to the Administration Department Office. Concurrently, the Legal Office and the Compliance Office will be merged into a single Legal & Compliance Office. |
| (2) |
Clerical Planning Division of the Finance and Accounting Department will be eliminated. |
| (3) |
Organizational structure will be streamlined from 3 Departments and 13 Divisions to 2 Departments and 10 Divisions. |
| (4) |
Service Stations Division 1 will be changed from 5 Depts., 1 office, 1 project organizational structure into 6 Depts. structure. |
| (5) |
A new Business Solutions Dept. will be established within the Solutions Division 2, and the 4 Systems Dept. 4 will be eliminated. |
| (6) |
The Business Process Outsourcing Division will be renamed the Data Center Division, and will consist of 3 Depts. |
| (7) |
The MS Division will be renamed the Mailing Services Division. |
| (8) |
The DC Division will be renamed the IT Managed Services Division, and the Services Desk will be established. |
| (9) |
The Cloud Services Division will be established. |
| (10) |
The Business Solutions Department, Engineering Services Division, Enterprise Resource Planning Division, and Middleware Division will be eliminated. |
