(headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Yoshitaka Kitao) for the development of systems for credit and debit card processing services, a new business area for the company, and the consignment of system operations. |

Contract content
SBI Card Processing Co., Ltd. will primarily be involved in card payment settlement operations for credit cards that will be issued by group unit SBI Card Co., Ltd. as well as credit cards issued by other companies, banks and other organizations.
The company will be in charge of system development and management with the anticipation of continuous business once the system goes into full operation.First-stage orders have already been completed and the company will now enter successively into individual contracts and move on to the development of key systems. |
