<p>
I-NET Corp. (TSE Prime: Code No. 9600, Head Office: Yokohama, Kanagawa, Representative Director and Executive President: Tomomichi Saeki, hereinafter referred to as "I-NET") has been selected to participate in the FY2025 Marine and Maritime Joint Research Project conducted by Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture and Hiroshima University.<br />
In collaboration with Hiroshima University, SeatecHIROSHIMA Ltd. ("SeatecHIROSHIMA"), and Marin Craft Kazenoko Co.,ltd. ("Marine Craft Kazenoko")-collectively referred to as the "participating organizations" - I-NET will work to visualize the status of oyster aquaculture by leveraging satellite data and IoT technologies. Furthermore, by applying AI technologies to enhance detection accuracy, the project aims to enable optimal raft management and more efficient fishery operations.<br />
This industry-academia initiative also contributes to safer vessel navigation and disaster risk reduction, supporting the sustainable development of the marine industry.
<br /><br />

<br />

<p>
<u><b>２． Project Highlights - Visualizing Oyster Rafts through Satellite, AI, and IoT Technologies</b></u><br />
This project integrates Hiroshima University's satellite analysis expertise with SeatecHIROSHIMA's device technologies to develop a high-precision detection system that visualizes the location and quantity of oyster rafts in real time.<br />
<table border="1" style="border-collapse: collapse" cellpadding="5">
<tr><td>High-Precision Detection with Satellite × AI</td><td>Hiroshima University applies AI technologies to improve oyster raft detection accuracy to over 85%, enabling identification of individual rafts even in densely crowded sea areas.</td></tr>
<tr><td>Practical Deployment of "IKAK" Field Device</td><td>SeatecHIROSHIMA is developing a low-power beacon device that operates maintenance-free for a full year, ensuring stable long-term performance at sea.</td></tr>
<tr><td>Community-Driven System Development</td><td>Local fishers and vessel operators share data via a smartphone app, demonstrating a new community-led model for maritime safety.</td></tr>
</table>
</p>

<br />

<p>
<u><b>３．Background - Unseen Risks in One of Japan's Leading Oyster Farming Regions</b></u><br />
The coastal waters around Kure City in Hiroshima Bay are among Japan's most prominent oyster farming areas. However, frequent collisions between vessels and oyster rafts - especially during nighttime or foggy conditions - pose serious risks to both fishers and vessel operators.<br />
Current nautical charts do not provide real-time raft location data, and even local authorities lack accurate information on the total number and placement of rafts.
<br />
</p>

<br />

<p>
<u><b>４．Expected Outcomes - Regional Model for Balancing Maritime Safety and Sustainable Aquaculture</b></u><br />
By accurately tracking the location and operational status of oyster rafts, the project will help prevent collisions and protect lives. It also enables precise monitoring of aquaculture resources, contributing to sustainable marine resource management. Early detection of drifting rafts and marine debris will reduce both environmental impact and economic losses. <br />
<table border="1" style="border-collapse: collapse" cellpadding="5">
<tr><td>Enhanced Maritime Safety</td><td>Real-time identification of hazardous zones during vessel navigation helps prevent collisions.</td></tr>
<tr><td>Advanced Aquaculture Management</td><td>Digital monitoring of raft placement and activity enables more efficient operations.</td></tr>
<tr><td>Reduced Environmental and Economic Losses</td><td>Early detection of drifting rafts and debris minimizes repair and removal costs.</td></tr>
<tr><td>Regional DX Model Creation</td><td>Promoting a "Marine DX" model through collaboration among government, academia, and industry in Kure City, with potential for nationwide expansion.</td></tr>

<p>
<u><b>２．Mechanism and Features of "Eyes in the Sky" - One-stop monitoring powered by Satellite × AI × Cloud</b></u><br />
"Eyes in the Sky" is a system that analyzes satellite imagery to automatically detect surface changes using AI, enabling early identification of anomalies without the need for on-site inspections. The acquired data is securely processed on I-NET's proprietary cloud platform and clearly communicated to municipal staff and corporate personnel.<br />
Built entirely with domestic assets, the system ensures both security and governance.
<br />
</p>

<p>
<u><b>３．Background - Challenges in Wide - Area Monitoring</b></u><br />
Forests account for approximately 40% of Kanagawa Prefecture's land area, with many regions at high risk of fallen trees and landslides. Traditional monitoring and inspections have relied heavily on manual field surveys, which are limited in scope and responsiveness. <br />
For municipalities, reducing the annual monitoring and inspection costs - often ranging from several million to tens of millions of yen - is a pressing issue, and there is growing demand for new digital transformation "DX"-based solutions.<br />
</p>

<p>
<u><b>４．Future Outlook - From Disaster Prediction to Private Sector Applications</b></u><br />
Following the verification, efforts will focus on improving AI-based disaster prediction accuracy and expanding applications to private sectors such as real estate and power infrastructure.<br />
In the long term, collaboration with Japan's satellite manufacturing industry aims to establish a new standard for regional disaster prevention through the integration of space technology and DX.

<br />
<p>
I-NET Corp.(TSE Prime : Code No. 9600, Head Office: Yokohama, Kanagawa, Representative Director and Executive President: Tomomichi Saeki, hereinafter referred to as "I-NET") and BroadBand Security, Inc. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Takashi Takizawa, hereinafter referred to as "BBSec") are pleased to announce the launch of a joint support service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") designed to comply with the "Cybersecurity Measures Evaluation System for Strengthening Supply Chains" (hereinafter referred to as "the System"), which is scheduled to be implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in fiscal year 2026.
<br /><br />
</p>

<p>
<u><b>1. Background of the Service</b></u><br />
In recent years, cyberattacks via business partners have been on the rise, with vulnerabilities in a single company within the supply chain often leading to widespread operational disruptions and information leaks. In response to this situation, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry has developed the "Cybersecurity Measures Evaluation System for Strengthening Supply Chains", which aims to enhance the overall security level of supply chains by objectively evaluating companies' security measures and certifying them with a "★ rating" based on their level of preparedness. Following the launch of the System, an increase in inquiries from business partners regarding companies' compliance status and security levels is anticipated. To support companies in smoothly obtaining evaluations under the System, we have launched this service in collaboration with BBSec.<br /><br />
</p>

<p>
<u><b>2. Overview of the Service</b></u><br />
This service is designed to visualize the current level of security measures based on the System, and to provide tailored security solutions for each company. I-NET, in collaboration with BBSec, offers comprehensive one-stop support from planning and implementation of corrective measures to operational assistance to help companies smoothly obtain evaluations under the System.<br />

</ul>
</font>
<br />
</p>

<p>
<u><b>3. Background of the Collaboration</b></u><br />
Since its establishment in 2000, BBSec has provided a wide range of information security services, including security assessments, operations and maintenance, and consulting. With a proven track record of conducting vulnerability assessments for over 10,000 organizations and more than 60,000 systems including financial institutions, private companies, and government agencies it is recognized as one of Japan's leading total security service providers, employing a large number of highly skilled security professionals.<br />
By combining this expertise with I-NET's security solutions, companies can proactively implement measures ahead of the System's launch, thereby enhancing trust among stakeholders across the supply chain.<br />
I-NET and BBSec began collaborating in the field of security in March 2022, and this initiative further strengthens their partnership. Moving forward, the two companies will continue to work together not only to support compliance with the System, but also to address a wide range of security challenges.<br />
<br />

<b>Comment from Mr. Takashi Takizawa, President and Representative Director of BroadBand Security, Inc.</b><br />
Since the start of our collaboration with I-NET in 2022, we have worked together to build an integrated support framework that covers everything from identifying customer challenges to implementing and operating security measures.<br />
Looking ahead to the launch of the "Cybersecurity Measures Evaluation System for Strengthening Supply Chains" proposed by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (scheduled for fiscal year 2026), we are jointly introducing a proactive support service to the market. <br />
BBSec will be responsible for gap analysis and planning based on the System's requirements, while I-NET will leverage its broad customer base and operational capabilities to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. We aim to improve the likelihood of successful evaluation and enhance the overall reliability of the supply chain together.<br />
